Welcome to Clips, an AI-powered video creation service operated by Keven, Inc (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to use Clips. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Description of Service
Clips allows users to generate marketing videos from real estate or rental listing links using AI-generated scripts, presenters, and visuals. Videos are intended for promotional use across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
3. User Content & Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the listing information and images you submit. By using the Service, you confirm that:
You have the rights or permission to use any content provided.
You will not submit content that is false, misleading, or infringing on third-party rights.
4. License to Use Generated Content
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, share, and distribute the video created through Clips for marketing purposes. You may not resell or redistribute Clips videos as standalone products.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
Each video costs $99 USD. If you are not satisfied with your video, you may request a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will not be granted for content that was approved or edited by the user after delivery.

You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful or deceptive purposes.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our platform or AI systems.
Use Clips to create content promoting violence, hate speech, or illegal activity.
7. Intellectual Property
All technology, branding, and service-related intellectual property belong to Keven, Inc. Clips videos incorporate proprietary AI technology and design elements that may not be copied or reused beyond the scope of your license.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Clips videos will result in increased sales, bookings, or engagement.
